Cornish Crab Rarebit
1. toast a slice of bread under the grill
2. add a thin layer of brown crab meat then a layer of white crab meat
(available at ‘Just Shellfish’ in Port Isaac)
3. cover with grated cheese
4. grill until golden brown
5. serve with a side salad
BBQ’ed Port Isaac Mackerel
1. go on a Port Isaac fishing trip with a Fisherman’s Friend
(boat trips available with Jeremy Brown on ‘Free Spirit 11′)
2. catch some fresh mackerel
3. fillet the mackerel
4. spread with horseradish sauce
5. place each fillet on top of each other
6. wrap in oiled foil and bbq for a few minutes each side
